2010 — “Theirs seems like a fairytale story, doesn’t it? Together 13 years. And the stars aligned so that their Olympics would be the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. It’s hard to believe they’re this great, this young. It’s just amazing.”
2018 — “21 years together… It really has been a long time running. What a journey these two have been on. From small kids starting out together in baby competitions, to the most decorated skaters in Olympic history.”

Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir perform their free dance to ‘Valse Triste’ at the 2007 World Figure Skating Championships
— “There are a couple of ways in which a skater can present a program that works. One is to take the program out to the audience, to push it out there for everyone to feel. This program does the opposite. It’s like you’re getting a sneak little peek into something very, very special.”
